A home built in the 70s in Perth Hills with wide-lens valley views. The design intended to open the home to the surrounding Nature and introduce timeless yet functional changes. Keeping with the cottage-feel of the original building and playing with Old World charm’s rustic elements, mineral paints were used to add texture and naturalistic look. Floor plans and traffic patterns were altered to improve efficiency of movement and add functionally in the form of specifically-designed for storage spaces.
